How do I set it up? I just got a profile on Stacker News and linked to Phoenix wallet. How do I integrate those with Nostr?

Ok, cool. It all seems the same to me. Playing around with these options I have decided I definitely like WoS better than Phoenix. Phoenix kills you with fees

It depends. Phoenix is a lightning node running on your phone. WoS is custodial and better connected with channels, hence the lower fees. Not your keys, not your coins.
