Are there web of trust relays that respond based on the web of trust of the logged-in user via NIP-42 instead of the web of trust of the relay itself?

Meaning that the relay accepts and stores everything that comes, but if I log in to use the relay, it removes everyone I muted from the resulting stream of events. Maybe it even sorts by my web of trust scores instead of sorted by created at?

I think all wot relays I know block inserts if you don't have a good web of trust. I kinda want the opposite.

This would be great for public inbox relays: it accepts every notification to the user but doesn't show to my Client if I have muted the sender or if the person is not over a given score.

I would be interested in trying to implement it that way.... I love breaking things!
