You have 67 relays! The filter won’t do anything to alter your request to other relays. You would need to be a lot more selective with your relay mix to see any value in global from filter.nostr.wine

It’s really up to you and what experience you’re trying to create.

Your relays look good to me, all depends on how reliable/performant the public/paid relays you choose are and how they are/if they are addressing spam.
