#Ditto experiment finished, I deleted the VPS.

What did I learn.

I don't know enough...

It worked 99%, but the other 1% was:

It didn't resolve most npubs to names, nor did it retrieve profile images.

It also crashed once a day (overnight) and gave a 502 error (bad gateway), probably not a powerful enough server (probably RAM).

Will try again in a few weeks / months to observe progress. Love the idea and will hopefully run my own client permanently some day.

I had the missing images too but I thought it was because I was running it from a http tor hidden service domain.

Did you put in issues?

Bug reports detailing your setup and issues, so that nostr:nprofile1qqs8nsk2uy2w529fs8n4tx60u7z553e4yx5dy2nxhw4elgjgawpqlaspz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumt0wd68ytnsw43q4hag5n and the other devs can find and fix your problems.
