It's tough yeah. The only way out is through. I am convinced that change only happens with the next generation(s). They're the ones who will notice the suck, who will rally toward new paradigms, and keep learning.. all I can do is try to pass on some of my knowledge in a place where they might stumble upon it. (In life, and online).
