Relay operators, if you want users to start using your relay instead of whatever they have been using, please offer an data importation tool that sucks everything from the user or tagging the user on another relay.

Clients that do that service tend to hit your rate limits rather quickly. Which makes relay migration virtually impossible for users with a good chunk of events.

Or we could have migration clients, but relays need to open the doors to receive 10,000 events a second from the same user/connection.

relay.tools accepts as many as the IO throughput allows. much work went into this. many backup clients supported. hard to write more UI tools when managing this level of throughput. figured the existing tools are fine?
