That's silly, people who bought even 10 BTC like in 2013 will no buy island with a fraction of it in 2028. And return will flattern. Don't fool new comer into thinking it's possible.

Maybe they will buy a small house or some land in remote area but there will be no news about it.

Given 900,000 islands in the world, and let’s say 19m spendable coins. Then if 3% of bitcoiners want to buy an island then 0.69 is a fair price. Though Malta is a pretty big island to be fair.
