Why do I wake up at 3:30 AM? Because I believe that dividing a day into three parts allows me to achieve much more.

The first part of the day starts at 3:30 AM and ends at 8:00 AM when I drop my kids off at school. This time is dedicated to working out and recharging.

The second part runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, fully focused on work. I strive to be as efficient as possible and tackle tasks with full commitment.

The third part is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, spent with my family.

Do I succeed every day? No. But this is the goal. Time is our greatest asset, and I do everything I can to make the most of it.

Does this mean you sleep from 10:00 PM to 3:30 AM? Is 5 and a half hours enough for you?

Yes but the best is 21:30 - 03:30 :) 21:00 - 03:30 is great.

Don’t you feel any side effects? Fatigue, poor performance, mood swings, loss of concentration or memory?

Daytime is super clear and productive. A 45-minute nap in the late afternoon could work wonders, but it’s not essential.

You know, kids usually have school, so they need to go to bed around 9 PM as well.
