I think it should be potassium iodide 🧐🤔 in any case, I am not in Japan but I take a lil Iodoral daily (3.25 mg) bc it is good for my thyroid and pineal gland, esp after alll the fluoride we are exposed to. And yeah, I have def thought of stocking up given the current world situation lolcry.

If you decide to take it, start small ...it can give hella detox headaches ime. I also supplement with extra salt for minerals and a binder like activated charcoal and/or fulvic/humic acids (shilajit can be a good source) (binders taken on empty stomach). None of this is medical advice, just my experience and opinions.

Apparently this episode is from 2011 so makes sense they were more careful than now as things were unknown. But still not sure if what they’re reporting is true today even
