Does anyone have a curated list of recommended relays? I'd like to add a list to Coracle for new users, but relay recommendations aren't really part of the protocol yet, and relays are pretty bad at self-identifying.

Feels somehow like we're repeating the BBS topology albeit much faster and more automatic. Have relays started to route or share notes between them? Curious to see how Nostr will scale to the next level of say 1m users or would that be 100k?
