If you want to use it as an isolated app if you can try to use the same connection in two places. One for Damus and one that allows you to receive sats.

For example you could add the same isolated connection to your alby extension and also to damus. Then you could use the extension to generate an invoice and pay it. That would put a balance in the isolated connection so you can zap from damus.
