I will try my best from my knowledge, what EU does really well en cyberspace:

GDPR is maby one of the worlds strongest standards, to protect user privacy.

"This GDPR principle ensures purpose limitation, meaning that data subjects understand the reasons for providing their personal information and have reasonable expectations about what the organisation aims to do with it."

https://www.gdpreu.org/7-main-data-protection-principles-under-gdpr/

The EU united the citizens of Europe. Today every EU-citizen (and some other countries with contracts as Switzerland does) can live, study and work in whatever country they like to do.

But not only the people are free to move where they are. Also the market is fully liberated and of my knowledge, there is little to no taxes on import or export within EU-countries.

This is also supporting the mission to have longlasting peace. Since many people know (ob maby not), that the first worldwar was triggered for most to the isolation of german economy. Therefore having a liberal market is also a good part of longlasting peace.

Then also a smaller acchievment is, that EU-citizen can use their cellular phone in all EU-countries with no extra payments.

So maby the biggest strength of EU is soften the borders within EU-countries, which gives more personal freedoms to the people and is a great measure against nationalism.
