I have not, and will never, institute a DEI policy at my company.

I do not care what sex, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other physical/social qualities you possess. I only care that you can do the job effectively and efficiently, and I will NOT allow that to fall to the wayside to hit some imaginary feel-good metric.

Merit is everything. Period.
