I've been speaking to a bunch of normies in my native South Africa and I've never seen it this bad, people are really struggling. People are in survival mode, many are reaching breaking point and desperately looking for a way out

It's not your fault your government is doing its best to impoverish you but it is your fault if you don't do something to shield yourself from it.

I moved my family to Portugal nearly 2 years ago. And so very glad we left when we did. We love it here in Portugal. Most of all, my 21 yr old son has a future that does not include being treated like a second class citizen.

After going through a phase of normalising the escalating dysfunction in the country, things have now got so bad that our friends still there are now also finally beginning to go "f*ck we're in sh*t".

How does bitcoin help the impoverished who live hand-to-mouth? Seriously asking because it’s something I’m thinking about a lot but haven’t come up with anything solid.
