Makes me sad. Getting that damn shot is like one of two regrets I have in my short and hopefully longer life.

You can't change the past, but you can optimize for the future

I made the mistake of getting Accutane, which arguably has a higher rate and equally as bad side effects. Kick myself regularly for getting it. But all we can do is decide what we will do going forward 🫡
