An okay day, started good, ended poorly.

Had some snacks toward the end of the day that I did not need. Mindlessly ate in front of the TV again. Really need to not do that.

Was hard to stay mindful when exhausted and sitting in front of TV.

Mostly I over-eat due to boredom or distraction, or (unconsciously) seeking instant gratification, or shop for food when I'm hungry.

Need to (1) stay busy (2) eat without distractions, (3) stay mindful.

I'll do even better on the next day. Small improvements count.
