I think some are now but in the past I remember some wallets not being able to produce static addresses. I would print them out for events and some people wouldn't be able to zap them.
Yea their app / exchange would also have to have bolt 12 implemented to work. At least in my own testing. Strike, Zeus, & coinos work but not River and Alby, etc
This is a reusable Lightning invoice for 10 sats if you want to try it. It can be printed out and used over and over again.
