- supplement Magnesium
- supplement vitamin D3
- 0.5 ounce of beef liver
- no processed sugar
- no processed food
- no processed grains
- no carbs (except for fruit, dairy and honey)
- lots of beef
- lots of eggs
- 4-5 times a week to the gym for weight training
- going to bed on time
