Health update after 2 months:

- supplement vitamin C

- supplement Magnesium

- supplement vitamin D3

- 0.5 ounce of beef liver

- no processed sugar

- no processed food

- no processed grains

- no carbs (except for fruit, dairy and honey)

- lots of beef

- lots of eggs

- 4-5 times a week to the gym for weight training

- going to bed on time

I’ve never felt better in my life!!!

Swap your supplements with natural ones rather than lab made. Some suggestions:

- Black seed oil

- Moringa

- Shilajit

- Seamoss

- Bladderwrack

Swap your shampoos and body wash with natural alternatives (Bar soaps). I personally get mine from small local business owners on Etsy

You are what you absorb, your skin is your biggest organ. Look after it!
