Did you create it in incognito mode? The device storage gets erased once you close the tabs there, you can sync to your nostr profile before closing the tab to make it available on all your devices.
If not this, then Iām not sure what could be the problem, maybe try again? Need to figure out a better way to reproduce it in that case
It should also create a draft even if there was a problem publishing which makes me suspect that either it was incognito or maybe you created the form in a different browser?
I did not submit it anonymously. Tried three times now. At the end there is that Mickey Mouse splash screen and after that the formstr home page. Nothing stored locally. I even created an empty form to see if local storage needs to initialized somehow and resubmitted the quiz form. But only the form create by me is there then. I even cannot delete it. When I sync with my profile (whatever this will do) I do not see that form in "my forms", neither in drafts.
Also clear I did not validate properly the response for the question of Nikola Tesla or the least densest planet as wrong answers go through š I wish it was more mobile friendly for checking the answers of long questions on mobile.
