Did you create it in incognito mode? The device storage gets erased once you close the tabs there, you can sync to your nostr profile before closing the tab to make it available on all your devices.

If not this, then Iā€™m not sure what could be the problem, maybe try again? Need to figure out a better way to reproduce it in that case

I did not submit it anonymously. Tried three times now. At the end there is that Mickey Mouse splash screen and after that the formstr home page. Nothing stored locally. I even created an empty form to see if local storage needs to initialized somehow and resubmitted the quiz form. But only the form create by me is there then. I even cannot delete it. When I sync with my profile (whatever this will do) I do not see that form in "my forms", neither in drafts.

Ahh you meant submitting the response, I thought you meant the form you created, sorry for the misunderstanding, yes, you cannot see your submissions at the moment, only the person that has created the form can see it, but this is great feedback! Will be adding a see submissions feature soon, and also the ability to send your submission to your nostr profile! Sorry for the miscommunication but this actually great feedback!
