Then 10 rounds of:

5 plyometric pushups

5 plyometric squats

Then:

5 minutes of tai chi practice (or relaxation of your choice)

2 minutes of 5-5 breathing

I love that you include the Tai chi and breathing. We must recover twice as hard as we train.
