since the introduction of the education system in prussia this has been the case

indoctrination and genius are incompatible

it's driven most of the innovation into the abyss, a great deal of us have fallen by the wayside, some died of drugs and drinking, some died of starvation, the system we live in right now heavily disfavors those who have original thoughts

Are you seriously talking about the education in Prussia without mentioning the electoral system of the Austro-Hungarian and its impact on the whole Europe?

well, i wasn't aware of that being its origin also, but it makes total sense

the turks probably had some play in it with their stratego also... the way that people told it to me in the balkans about the days of the ottoman empire... everywhere it is referred to as slavery
