I stumbled on a weird area of ASMR that I can’t even begin to explain.
It’s called kinesiology and it’s so funny I can’t even. 😅

people love to throw around the word ASMR. a neighbour did that with me so I asked him what ASMR is... blank stare.
ASMR happens but videos are not ASMR.
I get ASMR when I sit Zazen 99% of the time. no video required.
Not to mention many of the videos I’ve seen are clearly using fake noises to achieve whatever they think they’re achieving 😂
