We don't have much of a tradition for New Years Day, but today I'm making butter chicken. π¨βπ³
We had lamb meatballs in tomatoe sauce, chicken adobo, rice and roasted veg.
I'd probably be eating ground beef. Beem my go to every day all year long lol. Hope I will soon upgrade to some lambchops and ribeye.
