How is NSFW content flagged in NIP-36? Can those who post it flag their own notes at the time they post them, or does it rely on other users flagging the note after the fact?

Having NSFW content hidden by default, with a toggle to make it visible is definitely the ideal option for those browsing global feed, and I say that as someone who posts almost nothing but NSFW content.
