What are you cooking today?

Pork & Tofu Mapo with scallions; pan seared Striped Bass with avo-mango salsa, cumin yam and blistered cherry tomatoes; Lebanese seven spiced grilled chicken thighs with Raib, quinoa aziza and roasted stone fruit; and lastly black garlic marinated and Smoked Tri-Tip with Serrano chili vinegar, fresh cranberry beans, pole beans, corn & cherry tomatoes with sweet herbs.
