What can we do on social clients? I know Damus was showing the highest zap (maybe still does?)
I dunno, it just feels a bit weird calling out high zaps if you re-note them or something. Feels a bit braggy. But on streams it feels natural, you're just saying thank you.
Already allowing a quick way for creator to signal to the zapper "I've seen this, thank you!" would be huge.

Isn't this already possible in some clients? I thought i saw a reaction to zap before. Maybe I'm hallucinating. But yeah, that would be nice to have!
Yep some "Nerdy" clients do this yes.
And luckily literally anything is possible on Nostr.
Next, as with so many things, is finding the good UX for it #nostrdesign
I'm brainstorming like crazy on how to bring a similar UX to feeds, chats, articles, videos, music, podcasts, maps, ...
Nice. Just adding the top zapped amounts into a visible view would be great. YouTube tips also do this well, and they show on the screen. Could have a little bar with top zaps that always stays visible. Maybe you could make them clickable to bring up a direct dm screen to say thanks? Just an idea.

Reaction could be nice - more subtle, goes into notifications instead of DM.
