I imagine so. I don’t remember him getting into that nuance. The chemical with the nicotine makes it addictive, but he seemed pretty straight up that nicotine by itself is not addictive at all, and is good for you.
Don’t look into all the fruits that carry cyanide.
Everything is natural, there are just certain things that you can’t have too much of lol
