With #Amethyst moving toward Amber login and the new relay organization it would be great if devs would create or actively outsource the creation of docs on how to use what they have made.
I pay a lot of attention and read as many dev threads as I can but dam y'all sometimes think users can read minds lol 🤣
We rely on educators, not devs, to translate and write these blog posts and video explainers. Devs are terrible educators.
I am always happy to help, but I can't find any source materials to even understand what some basic features mean.
Does anyone have any docs on Amber or Citrine?
For exmple: In Amber app, hit permissions, plus sign, new app. Do users need to add all their nostr relays to the relay section? Do you have to keep the relay. nsec. app relay?

And put it all in the Wiki, so that power users, analysts, and support staff can collaborate on maintaining the docs and responding to questions.
And somehow discord or telegram get used for so many projects for this and admins get no zaps there

Even Mutiny is discord support. Sparrow wallet is telegram. Start9 said they would move to SimpleX.

I have received answers there, you are right. So then what is the problem for other projects to have a support chat with an admin on shift? That other clients don't have it?

Its public, so NIP44 is not even neccessary and NIP04 is enough.
I guess it's just habbit...? Really don't know. But it bothers me that they use centralized systems like Discord. At least use Matrix (although this has it's own set of problems...)
There is a real anti nostr sentiment in many telegram bitcoin chats. Which if based off of just GM, tired memes, nostr elites, simps and silly maxi then I guess I understand the idea that moving ovet is sheepish or embarrasingly late.

Then again, the bitcoin community is "weird"; it can never seem to decide on "a thing" and tends to reinvent the wheel with layers "over" Bitcoin.
That said, I wonder how someone wouldn't enjoy a good vibe atmosphere with a bunch of GMs? XD Oh well, can't be helped.

Fair point! I like my feed though I sometimes have to go and extend it - and I feel like my current set of relays might be "troubled"; some are outright unreachable, expired SSL certs and whatnot o.o
But either way - there'll always be a relay for the #GMProtocol :D
Had the same experience when suggesting Nostr at a local Bitcoin meetup, since they're all on Telegram.
Even the OG noderunners were like, Nah, too much simping, too much dullness, too much boring, repetitive memes.
Well, we can only try to change that and ask again, later. 🤷♀️
