Easily the most rewarding and effective habit I’ve even cultivated.

Drinking good coffee. Feels healthy to me at least… 😁

Walking. I motivate myself by collecting/recycling empty cans/bottles same time so i can keep walking all day long if i need to do that for escaping my weaknesses.
Overland travel - spending long periods of time living out of your vehicle in remote, difficult to get to places. No phone, no toilet, no people, no rules. Just freedom.
Puzzles or Legos
When I got sober I was jokingly told that to stay sober you needed to become obsessed with God, exercise and financial success. It was a joke amongst guys I saw in meetings who were sober, fit and seemingly wealthy. 5 years later I can say that the joke paid off. God comes first and the rest is icing on the cake.
