I actually agree with you. I think thats what will keep bitcoin decentralised. Energy and labour will also be cheapest where they are not in demand. Bitcoin mining creates a demand, eventually growing to the point that its not as competitive as somewhere else. Only a credit based fiat system allows a competitive advantage to large entities with access to cheaper capital. Bitcoin fixes this.
