It’s the challenge of them running out of funds vs actually making it work.
What I’ve seen so far has been goofy, but Internet was also goofy and quirky back in the day 🤷♂️
I may be a loner in thinking this but imo Zuckerberg’s bet on VR/AR might actually be the right one.

Agree. I don’t know if the business aspect of it will make any sense in the short term or even medium term, but the grand vision is actually smart. If they make it through, they may do quite well.
It’s an absolutely huge risk of a bet to take, but Instagram and Facebook really are dying, and losing popularity, which makes pivoting into AR/VR make a lot of sense.
With the amount of investment and development happening there, they may likely become THE flagship in the sector, so would definitely not bet against them 💜
