Thinking about a scenario where some decadent person in power has a slave girl/boy who is like a walking idea notebook. Only you write ideas onto her/his skin, permanent tattoo style. Maybe even more decadent would be not a slave, but a willing soul selling his/her body like that. What should be written down? Certainly not a grocery list. Maybe a list of enemies? Has a nice permanent ring to it. Or maybe some orgy ideas. That would be closer to my heart anyway.
