cotton is the BTC of fabrics 🤙🤙🤙
I kindly disagree. The BTC of fabrics is wool.
in some instances maybe....but I'd rather use my cotton underwear, not wool LOL.
otherwise may turn crazy like arabbid dog 🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅😵😵😱
Wool keeps you warm in winter, cool in summer, it’s moisture regulator and moderate water repellent.
And it regenerates on animols yearly.
I little pricey fam
This is the way
Love cotton and prefer it but a big challenge I’ve had with it is that if it’s pure, it shrinks so much.
Hard to trust sizing remains consistent post wash.
I often read that cotton is not so sustainable because the water amount it needs. Wool seems a better choice. Merino wool technically outperform cotton on every aspect (thermoregulation, slow down bacteria and so bad odorous, dry faster, etc).
It is right to consider the sustainability of all of one’s actions.
yea abt 10,000 litres to produce 1kg of cotton. The good thing abt cottonique though it doesn't have industrial dyes which is often one of the biggest causes of harm because of water going back to ground, evaporating or to the rivers. Interesting that merino is more durable than cashmere! I've been pretty interested in cotton mixed with vegan produce like pineapple husk and bamboo (30-70 ratio)
Women’s clothes is lacking but good store overall
This didn't work out well for Costanza.
I think everyone should show up to #nostrasia in earth runners and a cotton tee 😂
I dont like cotton because when it gets wet, it makes you cold, unlike wool. Cotton may kill you!
I didn’t know that wool does not feel cold when wet. Noted.
What about hemp? I thought it was more eco-friendly than cotton?
Open cotton bolls make a pretty flower. I’d pick them in my friends field and make flower arrangements. I’ve even seen corsages made from cotton bolls. The cotton is pure and very white… almost looks bleached.
hemp always wins
