Last update of the morning.. we got another round of chicks. Seeing them 1/2 price at the farm store and already 2-3 weeks old was a huge incentive. The crew we added in the spring is starting to lay but ended up with more roos than planned so here we are.

I have a hard time passing up chick sales too. I'm still waiting for our last batch to start laying.
