So, the relays get a new copy with the same ID, but additional content? So, a replacement?

So, if I make 10 edits, then the relay gets 11 copies, right, and replaces each one with the new one?

This is going to bloat up with relays.

Relays have to process all of the edits.

My understanding is unless it uses obfuscated new keys.. it should work

And even if it does, just need to know those event #s
