Thanks. That's winds in the sails. How would you suggest getting magnesium?

Preferably through organs: Kidney, Liver, Heart. You can mix with muscle meat to enhance the flavor + nutritional factor.

Alternatively, supplementation is fine as long as it's pure and unadulterated. I opt for powdered forms that are easily mixable in hot water.
