I feel bad for the vegans when I walk past the dead flesh area of the supermarket. That must be like a horror show every time they go shopping.

Imagine what Ukrainians feel [on nostr] when they see people posting something like “nah, thats all because of the US/globalists/WEF/nazis” when rusians committ genocide
Is it a genocide?
I'm sorry your country is under attack. You probably know people who have died. War is horrible.
When I say something about geopolitics, I'm generally speaking from a very detached state. I may say "This wouldn't have happened if Ukraine had promised Sebastopol access to Russia" or something like that.. it's not only detached, it's a total guess. I open my mouth and flap it about quite a lot. I never meant to make anybody feel bad.
Go have a nice juicy red steak, it'll make you feel better (oh shit! sorry vegans!)
vegan because one believes to be healthier: debatable, but rational. The science may be hard or manipulated, but it is an opinion based on something.
vegan because one believes killing animals is wrong: not just wrong antropology, irrational. How many animals agriculture kills? Habitat change to clear land and mess with rivers, mass pesticides, farmers killing even herbivorous wild animals, big machines crunching animals (not only during harvest), food industry pollution, then eternal seasonal habitat change in plantations.
It is just an self-illusion of living without increasing entropy.
On the same level of "milk come from the card box, not the cow"
