Click on the file server. Choose another one from the drop down menu. Keep going down the list. If all else fails, choose the self hosted option at the bottom. It can be a little buggy sometimes so be patient. Also ensure in the settings that you have tor enabled for increased privacy protection.
As far as UI design goes, this is definitely not self explanatory. I would like to see it made obvious that you have more options. I've run into issues myself
