I painted the inside of my pressure canner with tomatoes once. Just one jar of 7, but it was a mess inside the vessel. Pretty rare but it happens.
Always sucks when that happens.
I love watching stuff boil after it comes out of the canner.

Weāre probably going to have about 12-17 quarts after making & canning turkey pot pie fillingā¦ and I still have a whole bird left to brine & smokeā¦
