Agreed to an extent. We've seen friends become "flexitarians" in that they eat what's put on the communal table or buy and cook with whatever has the least carbon footprint, depending on where they live (rural, urban, access to local supermarkets/farmer's markets, etc).

Pretty cool if more people can do that.

Yes clearly local a great addition too.

One other thing is also, to understand that every action we take is additional.

In the end it is important which actions we take. We should care more about this. See what we do and where we can improve. So many times I see people blaming others for parts they do.

But I think eating vegan is not less effective when I drive a Ferrari. It is all just adding up. So better drive a Ferrarri and eat vegan, than also giving up on being vegan while driving Ferrari.
