What a great neighbor! I just filled a planting box with some myself.
I just started composting last year. I can honestly say I wish someone would give me some shit. I would pay for shit because I’m in need of shit.
It's a strange stage of life, being excited to receive big piles of crap.
If you're having a hard time finding manure you could try hitting up smaller grocery stores for old produce. That could get a good pile going.
I will have to make inquiries. As I’ve just started last year, my current compost bin is a jerry-rigged contraption made from two totes, one nestled in the other, with drilled holes for drainage.
