Some people are so sure that they know what’s best for everyone else, yet equally sure that no one else could possibly know what’s best for them. They are meddlers, and I find it’s best to avoid giving those people much of my attention.

We like to play around with the MBTI stuff, and these people are always ENTJ. Usually fat or otherwise unhealthy. It's not scientific, but it is a pattern.
