Selling palliative drugs for terminal patients on the black market in a safe way to people being prevented from doing so in the white market is a wonderfully moral thing to do.

That’s a massive problem with the health industry then. There are horrible incentives in place and even worse policies, while illegality has clearly done nothing to make the problem better either. We are witnessing decades of disgusting mismanagement and the results of that.
