More of a back squatter myself, but heard front squats are primo

Can def push more weight off the back! Fronts involve more core & spine stabilization.

Plus i figure that i hardly ever “carry” anything on my back, ya know?

Front squats are always killing me. Core, wrists, but especially the upper back. Can do just ~75% of the backsquats.

I guess that's why I should do more.

yeah man! all good that you can't do the same weight on fronts, i sure as shit cant either
