ππππ
no more yoloing keys
one step closer to a persistent identity
π€
been waiting for something like this before i go key grind a vanity address π
π
What is this magic?
nsecBunker
CKBunker for your nsec π€
Oh, so keys on the actual cold card, but with autosigning under certain conditions?
Sweet!
Ok, I gotta work on my pitch
Like CKBunker minus the coldcard π
No coldcard involved, just your keys like they live be on an LN node π
That's cool, and what are the possible signing conditions?
Anything you want; you can grant perms per signer pubkey so each client you interact with can have different permissions. You can have different pet permissions per employee (Iβm building a wrapper for companies to amante their keys so they can have corporate accounts without leaking the nsec to each employee)
Would love to have Wasabi try out the beta if youβre interested! π€π€
Nice!! This sounds interesting. Businesses will love it - or at least mine would!
Thatβs why Iβm building it! Dm me if you want to beta test! π
Yeah, that's really great!
Where's the code?
nsecBunker not published yet; almost there. But itβs now part of ndk and trivial to build with it
do you have a technical overview posted anywhere? v interested to read more
nowhere yet, I'll write something up when I get a chance, or make a short video, like nostr:npub10y3yydkfktfz9qddtdd5eju5hjvr733g5q5uak8f7lq2ltaj3w9q0w7dn3 suggested π

This is something that we've all been waiting for. This will allow us to keep our private keys secue while using various clients and allow us to have business or shared accounts without compromising security. π€π»
exactly
and per-user policies, that's also coming to nsecbunker.com
you'll be able to allow specific user npubs to sign with your corporate account without ever revealing your nsec
and if at some point one of your employees leaves, or their own nsec is compromised you can just remove their npub as permitted to sign with your business account
I'm adding waitlist for the beta on nsecbunker.com now π
