setting a custom block height just makes it resync from the beginning atm

Its counting down the last 100k blocks veeery slowly. like one a second.

Please open up any issues on the github page if you notice any bugs and maybe even contribute if you have the skills. I think there is only one person working on it atm (retrnull). Even bringing attention to it in general helps.
