You can do that. It has happened often in recent years. But people should expect responses and ask themselves why they want to get rid of this rule. It always seems a bit suspicious at first. If you explain yourself well, then it's okay. Fun fact: An important person in the right-wing party can be called a 'fascist' because he lost in court when he sued someone for calling him that.
