Is there an easy way to communicate with your channel partner in Lightning Network over your channel?
If someone opens a channel to me and I don't know them it'd be nice to use that channel as a ready means of communication to coordinate stuff like agreed-upon fees and other stuff.
Keysend a message to their pubkey
We added peer announcements on Amboss.space so you can write to your peers if they have any of the notification methods enabled (Telegram, Email, or webhooks).
Otherwise, you will have to resort to keysend messaging (which is cool in its own way)
Search the node name in amboss. From there you can get their telegram, twitter, nostr or website in some cases.
If not, search the node name in LightningNetwork.Plus if he participated in swaps etc. he'll have an account so you can message from there.
If nothing else works, try a keysend, but they'll need to have it enabled in the conf.
